USPS truck stolen in Washington, D.C., police make arrest

JTN: A District of Columbia woman was charged Friday night in connection with the theft of a U.S. Postal Service truck, the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department confirmed Saturday. 

The incident occurred at about 8 p.m. in the district’s Petworth neighborhood, about four miles northeast of the White House. 

A Twitter user late Friday posted a video of what appears to be a police cruiser in pursuit of the truck.  more

    Is it more illegal to steal a postal truck if you don’t have a drivers license than if you have one?

  2. Several years ago a friend of mine was be badgered to buy a raffle ticket for a shotgun.
    Finally he said, “I’m a Vietnam Vet, a Saudi Vet, and a Postal Worker, do you really want me to have a Gun.”
    Vietnam Vet during the Mỹ Lai massacre era, has never been the same. I’m sure it’s no longer taught in schools.
