VA Worker Gets Job Back Despite Armed Robbery Charge

Elizabeth Rivera VA arrested for armed robbery reinstated

DC: A Department of Veterans Affairs employee in Puerto Rico was fired after being arrested for armed robbery, but her union quickly got her reinstated — despite a guilty plea — by pointing out that management’s labor relations negotiator is a registered sex offender, and the hospital’s director was once arrested and found with painkiller drugs.

The woman missed work while sitting in jail but was reinstated in March with back pay.

  1. This world we live in, I swear…

When I saw the pic of the dude next to Resting Bitch face, I was sure you were going to tell me that was a before/after, and it got its job back because Trannie.

  2. Federal employment is for life, thanks to union clout, political connections and permissive administrators.

The management labor relations employee is a registered sex offender and remains as an employee?

How about Lois Lerner and then the thousands of IRS employees who are tax offenders? Then look at all the other agencies…..10s of thousands of thieves, perverts and con artists paid for by law abiding taxpayers.

Many were hired by political clout and are exempt from prosecution.

    They protect their own.

  3. How many of us, as children tried the, “He did it!”, excuse and still got our butts in trouble. I can still hear my mom, “If he jumped off a cliff, would you do it?”

No wonder America is in such trouble. The criminal activities of Clintons, Obama and our other hired employees, are being excused by people who are empathetic, sympathetic, and complicit in ripping off as much as they can, also.
