  1. The threatening with the baseball bat is all part of the traditional greeting of strangers in the Muslim enclaves of France.

Then they torch you’re car and rape any non-Muslim women.

It’s just part of their culture and you can’t deny them their multicultural rights to behave like animals.

  2. I hope you called 911 right away and told them what happened. If not the goof could have called 911 himself and you’d be out a CCW.

In my training brandishing was taught to be just about as bad as pointing an unloaded gun at someone. You should never unholster or show your weapon unless it is going to be used. However if you draw with the full intention to shoot and the goof runs away, that isn’t considered brandishing.

    From Illinois Carry:

While this unintentional showing of the firearm is something we need guard against, it is not what is termed as “brandishing” a weapon. Brandishing would be when someone either opens their concealment garment on purpose or otherwise shows their firearm to another person with the intent to threaten or intimidate.
While an accidental exposure of your firearm is both tactically unsound as well as a potentially embarrassing faux pas, it is not necessary illegal (unless of course you are carrying illegally), however; brandishing a weapon is illegal, and shows both a lack of tactical soundness while also demonstrating poor judgment.

  3. A co-worker’s son “brandished” in Florida when confronted by a car-full of “youts” who called the cops on him. He was arrested even though the “youts” had numerous arrests and convictions and he was clean.

Cost him and his Dad $11,000 to extricate him from Florida and escape to a civilized state.

  4. He was a cop trying to investigate a rape where these squatters lived. The other people running ahead of him were a part of the investigation too.

See Molon Labe’s link a few posts up.

It’s not snippet of a Frenchman with a hand on his gun. It’s a snippet of a French policeman with a hand on his gun.
