A group in Oregon has already submitted a petition with 25% more signatures than required to qualify for the ballot a referendum on repealing that state’s “sanctuary state” law. Which will be ignored and the names of petitioners released so leftist thugs can hunt them down.
Bring it on…..I’ll be damn happy to sign/vote for it.
Remember CA Proposition 8? In 2008, a Constitutional amendment defining marriage as between a man and a woman? It passed by 51.5% to 48.5%. Overthrown by one person, a judge – despite the fact that it was (and still is!) a fricken’ Constitutional Amendment.
BTW the margin of passing was due to an unusually large turnout from the black community, which tends to be religiously more conservative than whites. Because they had a chance to elect a black president for the first time in history.
LCD “Overthrown by one person, a judge …” BTW a GAY judge who refused to recuse himself. That’s calif.
