WA: Evergreen State College closed due to ‘direct threat to campus safety’

Powerline: Evergreen State College in Washington has been in the news, due to left-wing agitation directed largely against a professor who suggested that it wasn’t appropriate to demand that all white students leave the campus for a day. Scott had a roundup of Evergreen news here.

Evergreen is one of those left-wing institutions that have gone around the bend, but things took a turn for the worse today when the school had to be closed on account of threats of violence:

A college in Washington state was closed Thursday in response to a “direct threat” to campus safety, university officials said.

A message posted on The Evergreen State College’s website said the campus had “closed immediately.” Additional details were not immediately provided.  MORE

  1. Well Boo freaking Hoo!
The most leftist college in America closes because of leftist threats? You reap what you sow, Evergreen.
    Good…stay closed!

  2. Leftism reaching its logical end point. The communist left democrats destroy everything they touch. Everything. But nothing will be learned by these rabid insane low-IQ psycho liberals, they will just move on to destroy the next thing.

  3. Diplomas to be mailed to parental basements hand written on TP if the summer school children at the local middle school can handle it without destroying it.

  4. Looks like the press and the local government is covering up another negro riot. I wonder how many innocent people got their skulls fractured and their eye sight ruined for life only to have it be written off as “youthful shenanigans” by the DNC run press and government sponsored violent negro apologist squads?

  5. A day without Whitey, huh? I’m game for Atlas to shrug, but then we’d have to clean up the mess the next day. Try Zimbabwe or South Africa these days.
