Walmart’s Critical Race Theory Program Revealed: Lowest-Paid White Employees Told They’re Guilty of ‘White Supremacy Thinking’

A Walmart training program denounces the United States as a “white supremacy system,” according to a new report.

Writing in City Journal, Christopher Rufo, who has written about race-based indoctrination programs in other organizations, said a whistleblower gave him internal company documents upon which he based his report.

The Walmart program began in 2018 when Walmart inked a deal with the Racial Equity Institute of Greensboro, North Carolina. It is recommended for hourly workers and mandatory for executives and has trained more than 1,000 people.

The program is based on foundational principles Rufo lists as “internalized racial oppression,” “internalized racial inferiority,” and “white anti-racist development.” Walmart said it “engaged REI for a number of training sessions since 2018” and has “found these sessions to be thought provoking and constructive.”

The program says the United States is a “white supremacy system,” crafted by Europeans “for the purpose of assigning and maintaining white skin access to power and privilege.”

American history is portrayed through a racial lens, claiming it began with the “construction of a ‘white race’” by colonists in 1680. more

    I don’t shun or boycott, but I will quietly choose to not shop where I am barely tolerated as a blight. There are many other choices.

    Big tech and big stores think their pandering is safe just as big government does.

  10. I suppose the Wal-Mart employees could organized a work slowdown. Or maybe that particular arrow isn’t available in their quiver.

    My area of the nation has Brookshires, a strong, family run grocery business. A few years ago we switched from the lazy default of going to WalMart and started shopping these stores. Prices were higher but not ridiculously so. The friendliness of the clerks, overall cleanliness, employees who go out of their way to offer assistance, managers who are attentive and actively running their stores, and the sections of locally grown produce won us over. There are quick, self service registers but always short lines at the manned registers. And the sackers almost insist on carrying your bags or pushing a cart to your car, “Thank you sir but we don’t take tips.” Those times we need a set of windshield wipers, 40 lbs of sunflower seeds, and a few generic groceries, we return to Wally World. I don’t miss the experience and I really don’t need to buy Christmas decorations in late September.

    The owning family is now one of the richest in Texas but they have somehow kept the down home touch in their business. It must be similar to the times when Sam Walton drove his old red truck from store to store and kept things in line.

    This Crap Racist Treatment is fostering hatred and contempt through its joining of arrogance and ignorance. Even those forced to sit through it know it’s BULLSHIT. When I was with the FedGov we had to sit through indoctrination sessions – and we, mostly all of us, understood it to be bullshit – but we got paid to sleep through it.
    When it finally boils over there’ll be Hell to pay.

  17. Tim – FJB – EVERYTHING this administration has done is designed to divide the American people! This is China and Soros destroying the United States of America as we once knew it! The election fraud was designed top-down to take over all three branches because one or two would not do. All three had to be over-taken in order to be effective and that’s how you know it was designed, planned and executed by a single, powerful source… with a LOT at stake!
