Watch: CNN’s Jim Acosta Writes ‘CNN Is Real News’ on Sign at Trump Rally

Breitbart- CNN reporter Jim Acosta signed an autograph for a Trump fan at a rally Monday by writing “CNN is real news.”

In a video posted by CNN producer Matt Hoye, Jim Acosta shows off a Trump sign he autographed reading “CNN is real news.” On the other side, a Trump fan had written “CNN is fake news.”

“At last rally of the season for us in Fort Wayne, Indiana got dozens of requests to sign autographs but this one cracked me up. ,” CNN’s Matt Hoye said in a tweet.

Though Acosta seems to be having the time of his life with the rally goers, he has previously said that Trump rallies make him “depressed.”

“If you want to ask me what makes me most depressed about my job, it’s covering the rallies. It gets to the larger point of what it’s like covering the President of the United States, and in particular Donald Trump,” the CNN reporter said at a panel discussion last month.

He also said that watching Trump “whip people up at rally after rally after rally is the most depressing thing I’ve ever seen, as a journalist.”

Luckily, there have been no reports, so far, of Acosta telling anyone “F#ck you” at the rally Monday. more

  1. Still they claim that Trump “Whips up” the crowd.
Bitches, thanks to you and those like you, we’ve been “whipped up” for quite a while.
Trump is the result, not the catalyst.

  2. Yeah he looks like a man who is fearing for his life at all these Trump rallies he goes too. He’s like the old WWF wrestling heal who would stroll into arena after arena without a care in the world.

  3. The blow-dried punchline has accepted his status. Mainly because he gets more eyeballs on him at Trump rallies than anywhere else.

April Ryan was worried back in August that his life was in jeopardy at Trump rallies. She needs to see this.

  4. Yep, Trump rallies are depressing for us progressive folk. Thousands of happy, polite and well adjusted people turning out to support the President and celebrate personal freedom – how droll.

As for me and Jim, we prefer to be among the hundreds of people attending an Obama rally, or scores of people attending a Hillary Clinton rally, or tens of people attending a Maxine Waters rally. And it’s really exciting – we could have some antifa types try to hit us, or watch leftist women howling at something or another, or trying to figure out what well fed, non-homeless and educated liberals are bitching about. Why, at the last rally Jim and I saw a Michael Moore blimp. (Wait, that was the real Michael Moore? Color me embarrassed).

But hey, at a Democrat rally I don’t have to throw my trash away, I can destroy private property by pretending to be outraged at something, I can yell at people I don’t know and I can babble on incoherently while holding clever signs made by other people. None of the “please,” “thank you” or “excuse me” bullshit on this side of the aisle.

  5. Think about this quote, esp “depressing” and the last 3 words:

He also said that watching Trump “whip people up at rally after rally after rally is the most depressing thing I’ve ever seen, as a journalist.”

  6. “We will never give in. We will never give up. We will never back down. We will never surrender. And we will always fight on to victory — always because we are America and our hearts bleed red, white and blue.”

    -Donald J. Trump

    Suck on that Jim Acosta!

  7. With that shit eating grin I thought he was Marco Rubio.
A “Real News Network” wouldn’t have to bend over backwards and twist themselves into pretzels to tell everyone they were real news.

  8. The wife and I were at the Fort Wayne rally. Waited in line outside – took about an hour to get from where we parked (1/4 mile away) into the Coliseum. Met some nice people from Michigan (kills me to say that) who were at the Michigan 2016 rally near Detroit. Everybody was pissing and moaning – oh, wait – this was a group of conservatives so everybody was talking and some were singing. I don’t usually go in for this stuff – I’m way too cynical – but a fun time was had by all except when we bought some eats. The counter people were REALLY S L O W but even then we didn’t complain too much. Out loud.

Trump was great – blah, blah, blah but it was cool to see Ivanka, Kellyanne and Sarah. He even made a joke about not using the word “beautiful” to describe women – he used “smart” instead. He was impressive.

  9. And NO, Jimmah, they weren’t polite because you’re the ALMIGHTY JIM ACOSTA – they were polite because that’s how we roll in NE Indiana.

And you’re too dumb to recognize sarcasm.
