MJA- it means all sorts of things. First off, it means there is a mass psychosis going on over there, and possibly starting here.
They are going to do cervical smears on transgender people (men) who don’t have a cervix, in order to avoid triggering sexual dysphoria. They don’t have a pee pee anymore because of sexual dysphoria for starters and they cut it off. But lets not trigger them.
