With comments, LeBron shows he is just a pet/slave of the Chinese.
A lot of people died to set your ancestors free, sort of, why throw that away for money?
Had a Rotty that would NOT eat a green pea, you could put 3 peas in a big bowl of chow, when he got done, yep, 3 peas left in the bowl.
Rosco the rescue will eat anything except citrus, when you are chopping veggies, he waits for the ends.
The only thing he really chews is licorice, it’s hilarious to watch.
All you pet lovers, it’s very low sugar I’m diabetic, licorice is GOOD for them.
I get it from Amsterdam, the package is ALWAYS opened by customs.

Now I know what to do with all my excess Brussels sprouts

Oh man, I love Brussels sprouts, fresh, frozen suck.
Big ones, cut in half, cut side down in a heavy fry pan, a little chicken stock, cover and steam until toothpick tinder.
Pour off any remaining stock, add a little bacon grease, toss, ya gotta burn them a little.
Sprinkle with bacon bits, see what I did there, everything is better with bacon.
People who don’t like sprouts never had them cooked right.

I’m taking a break from unpacking. My sister’s cat, Sammy, has adopted my lap for his bed. When I was watching this, he perked up when the guinea pigs we’re eating. I think he wanted to know if they were worth finding to see if he could play or eat them!
By the way, I love my new house. When we get internet service, I’ll post my move story. Being in the boonies, we have to go with a different company and I’m not sure what the service will be like.
But, I’m so happy to have my sister’s kitties in the house. It’s been 3 years, and they are going to be pampered by me!
ODT, I will have to try your recipe. I hate the bitterness of brussel sprouts. But bacon would make them so yummy. Bacon makes everything yummy!

Shoot. I meant OTD! Sorry ’bout that!

All’s cool, at least you didn’t use OCD 🙂
The burning, just a little, the char chases the bitter away.
It’s bigger and tastes better.

Claudia’s fox was so so cute.
Domesticate possums? Whatever.
The raccoon was adorable, but they will be super destructive and you don’t want to be around when that one is mature and mating season starts.
You messin’ wid mother nature and mother nature doesn’t really care about you and what you think. Life-long pet raccoons have stripped the flesh off a loving owner’s arm right down to the bone when it was time to get it on and they wanted freedom.
They are the smartest and strongest foe I go up against when dealing with animals getting into a structure. Catching young ones is easy. Old ones – you better know what you’re doing.
Might be easier to stay up all night with a 12 pack some weekend and pick them off with a .22
Rats rank #2. Couple that with them breeding faster than rabbits and you soon see you need to kill as many as you can.
Looking forward to your story, Claudia.
P.S. There is a way to cook Brussel sprouts so they aren’t bitter.
Don’t have the recipe, but I know there is a lot of butter involved. Tasted good every time.
