Until the Mueller investigation ends, anything he does will be interpreted as retaliation to impede it and avoid its consequences. Look at how the House is doing everything they can to accuse him of obstruction of justice as it is, no matter that all he did was normal functions of his office and the same type of actions taken by other Presidents (Remember the Clinton Justice dept purge when they took office?).
I have said this before and I think it deserves repeating.(It is not mine but I do not remember where I got this.)
Trump plays the mainstream “media” and his opponents like a cat owner with a laser pointer.
If I was Trump, Iwould hold my cards until Mueller is done and the report in filed away by Barr.
I would then wait until the Demonrats go full batshit-crazy with impeachment and then crash their worldl with the release of unredacted classified DOJ/FBI documents on the coup attempt and the fake Russia investigation.
I would have the AG appoint another SC. I would also arrest some of the criminals so the MSM can’t ignore it. I would prove to the American public how some of the MSM were complicit in the whole enterprise,and leave no doubt they are true enemies of the people. Undercut the Demonrat’s defenders and make heads explode.
