While in the middle of delivering mail, a Sharp County postal worker found two children in horrible conditions.
Postal worker Judy A. Alexander saw the two girls as she was driving on Hars Creek Road in the town of Ash Flat.
Alexander stated that the four-year-old girl was wearing an old nightgown and the two-year-old girl was naked and covered in feces.
Alexander helped get the girls off the road and began searching for the person responsible for taking care of them.
To her dismay, she discovered the children’s mother passed out in a chair in a garage.
“The postal worker stopped when she saw two small children playing in the road, and I am glad she did come along,” said Sharp County Sheriff Mark Counts.
Alexander contacted 911 and when authorities arrived, they discovered that the girls were in awful living conditions. more

Yet it will be years for the state to give this \”mom\” a chance to get right while the kids are in limbo and in foster care. Getting the kids into a stable loving family is the priority, and not hoping the \”mother\” can get straight.
We have adopted 2 baby girls and they are 12 & 9 now. At any point after the baby was born during the waiting period for her to terminate her parental rights, the birth mother could change her mind and keep the baby. Even if she was a crackhead, criminal with no means. They would allow the baby to go home with her because she was the biological mother. The birth mother\’s feelings are more important than giving the baby a stable loving home.
What did you expect on Hars Creek Road in the town of Ash Flat? Hollywood couldn’t have written a better setting.
The only thing missing that I was expecting was Fentanyl. Of course, that was probably also there, but right now, they’re trying to obscure the massive nationwide Fentanyl catastrophe, so it’s demon reefer that gets the rap. And I’m not endorsing weed here, by any means.
I am not up to date on the drug scene. What does 8 bottles of fingernail polish have to do with it? I probably have more that 8 bottles in various colors.

Sniffing fingernail polish is like sniffing glue – probably same or similar chemicals present – a cheap high that purportedly only lasts a few minutes. Extremely bad for brain cells. Pathetic. This gal should be ‘fixed’ so she is not able to have any more kids.
In high school, knew a guy that sniffed gasoline. He explained all the ‘adventures’ he went on in his mind. Invited me over to partake – told him ‘I’m perfectly fine with my books’.
