7. Since I have never heard of the acronym ICD, I decided to look it up. Turns out that it stands for International Classification of Diseases. And the first two websites on my search results were WHO and CDC.

   That tells me everything I need to know. This is not a good thing for you and me.

   there are also much longer descriptions like unable to obtain childcare,
   bankruptcy, others!

11. I might add the ICD-10 is from the WHO and the procedure codes are for reimbursement and are put out by the AMA. There’s also one called HCPCS “hic-pics” that is for medical equipment and drugs.

12. The ICD 10 codes are a total nightmare and total B.S. I’ve delt with the billers who assign these codes and most just use a few of them and don’t even try to get specific as it is nearly impossible to know them all.

    Yep, that right, your water ski is on fire, but notice this is for the initial encounter, there is also a code for a secondary one. Code for your boat is on fire, your sail boat is on fire, a ship is on fire and on and on. They have codes for everything and most are on the edge of being total lunacy. But they come from the minds of liberals so it’s to be expected.

14. My method:
    I made $18k in a government job (only 4 months of work)
    I showed a lost of $65k in a business startup for the first 8 months.
    I am 2 months in 2023 and I have a loss of another $9k and I have a $20K debt.
    I expect a profit in March and going forward till November.
    My accountant is worth every penny I am paying him. I can make a lot of profit over the next few years that will be offset by my previous years losses. Then it is time for a new truck that will constitute a huge loss and a few years of offset prophets.
