  1. Fascinating that CNN thinks the “real showdown” will be between rubio and Cruz — with no regard at all for Republican polling numbers. CNN has such a rogues gallery of the misshapen of the mind (they look kinda funny, too).

  2. I think they all did well except Kasich and Bush.
I think Trump gets a little petty when he starts yelling about his numbers compared to others.
Let the numbers speak for themselves.

I still think Trump represents an apple cart turned over, and that’s what we need.

  3. No. First thing you need to understand about Trump is he comes from a cut throat competative enviorment that is based on past results. And he’s got them to show. I’m disappointed he didn’t go for the throat tonight in regards to management and success. Yeb is his for the killing anytime he wants. I’m not watching these any more. There to controlled by the GOP

  4. If you want to get a good night’s sleep, have a drink but don’t listen to O’Reilly and his crew telling you what the debate was all about.. I already turned him off.
“Pony Express” is playing with Charlton Heston as Buffalo Bill and Forrest Tucker as Wild Bill Hickok, kickin’ ass to open a snail mail route to California . Just tryin’ to help.

  5. I only caught the last half hour of the debate, so I don’t know who won. But in post debate interviews with Trump, I noticed that he had gray makeup below and above his eyes to purposefully make him look ghoulish. I saw another makeup artist technique used on McCain in 2008 when they would put him in orange face with an obvious neck line to show his white neck.
Republicans have to bring their own makeup people to the set. You have no idea how important this is, but I’m guessing the ghoulish photos of Trump will be seen on the covers of the NYPost and others tomorrow.

It’s a trick. Old one. Remember Nixon, anybody?
Even my 80 year old MOM noticed it!!

  6. The political apparatus needs to be imploded. That’s the apple cart.
I’m still pissed that Jeb was simply considered the presumptive nominee, and I’m still not convinced they aren’t still going to try to install him.

    Trump is necessary.
No other person on that stage can defeat that apparatus if shenanigans are afoot.

  7. Well, Trump seemed bored. Not that I blame him, just standing around is annoying when you have a million yuge things to do. Yeb was worthless…again. Cruz got a YUGE pat on the back from “The Donald” and I liked that! It almost makes me wonder if Trump is pushing Cruz and saying “I got your back” and willing to go Veep. What you think?

  8. I’m really shocked that there’s been no pushback against the RNC on the number of candidates still in the debates and taking, presumably, RNC money for their campaigns. The number of people on the so-called top tier are bad enough, but an “undercard?” Whoever heard of that?? I think it’s a disservice to the voters. Priebus talks about not doing a brokered convention, but this idiotic maneuver with keeping this many candidates in the running, especially so far in, can only be a purposeful tactic to confuse the race. There’s no reason someone with .02% should be considered a serious contender.

  9. I don’t think Trump was bored, I think he was a little scared of a misstep and stiff. Otherwise he would have pointed out to that dumb as Rand that people that are not citizens of the U.S. are not protected by our first amendment and it’s not guaranteed by THE GENEVA CONVENTION? What planet did the Pauls come from.

  10. I agree with you, Mr. Hat. The only reason Jeb Booch is still around is that the crooked bastards are going to try to insert him as their candidate. We are all sick of this “business as usual” political scam. I pray the don’t physically harm Trump. He has some wealthy enemies.

  11. If you played the drinking game very time Christie said he was a prosecutor, you were on your ass half way through.

I think Cruz was good-Paul and Jeb! should just fucking go away, Lordie.

Kasich too. He wins for most annoying, by a mile too.

Carson’s 15 minutes are so up-buh-bye. Dittos for Fiorina.

Trump seemed to be in neutral, he had a few good moments.

At this point another one of these with 9 people on stage is pointless-get it down to 3 and let them have at it.

  12. Watched Mission Impossible III, instead of the debates.

It’s all about the rogue syndicate, I just assumed the nation destroyer syndicate was run by obama, boehner, ryan, pelosi, reid, mcConnell, mccain and graham.

Not to give it away but, the good guys win.
Hope the good guys win in the US. Cruz -Trump

  13. I’m a Cruz guy, but I didn’t think there were any clear winners. Cruz v. Rubio was a standoff from a pure debating perspective. Christie probably did himself the most good & poor old Jeb! is toast. Although a wonderfully likable guy, Carson seemed out of his league. Paul connected a few times, but too little, too late. Fiorina & Kasich were irrelevant. Trump was Trump. His fans still love his plain talk & his detractors still think he’s a media whore who is as deep as a thimble. I don’t think he changed anyone’s minds, but when you’re leading the race, that’s not necessarily a bad thing. The only thing that bothered me about The Donald were all the childish faces he would make whenever someone else was saying something about him he didn’t like. If you’ve got it recorded, go back & watch & you’ll see what I mean. Not exactly “Presidential” – whatever that is!

  14. Enjoy the dog and pony show.

Rancid Penis is gonna pull a CHEB! or a Marco out of his pants, come convention time.

Trump and Cruz are schooling them on what the real Americans are interested in, seeing as they’ve never met one and wouldn’t know what one was, if they did.

  15. As a practical man, he probably didn’t want to ruin everyone’s Christmas and New Years by unleashing the hounds of hell — of which he his not only capable, but enjoys. Geoff C. reminded me that there are two more pre-primary debates scheduled. But I don’t think he is going to savage any of his GOP opponents like he will clinton.

bush fed his good friends at CNN their sound byte last night with his “chaos” remark. And he was one of the gang of CNN post-debate talking heads. What a putz. Could he be more obvious?
