‘Government’ often issues written edicts that may have the language and form of a law, but in fact are not. Any ‘law’ that is abhorrent to the US or respective State Constitution IS NOT A LAW.

This witch hunt was a great success for literally years in undermining and impeding the legitimate business of the duly elected government of Wisconsin.
