Woke Pope Leo XIV blessed a block of ice during an event south of Rome while presiding over what looked more like a pagan Earth-worship ritual than a Catholic gathering.

“We will raise hope by demanding that leaders act with courage, not delay,” Pope Leo declared as he blessed the frozen water, before asking the audience: “Will you join with us?”

The theatrics were part of the Vatican’s 10th-anniversary celebration of Pope Francis’ 2015 climate encyclical Laudato Si’, a manifesto that helped launch a global “green theology” movement.

The event featured speeches from Hollywood climate crusader Arnold Schwarzenegger and activist groups demanding that world leaders clamp down on so-called “climate change deniers.” more

    …are you kidding? Vatican II is when it all started to come off the rails. If you had the misfortune of attending a “Guitar Mass” in the ’70s when they were trying to get down with the people, you’d have an idea of the horrors Im talking about…
