A woman who refused to comply with her employers’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate has been awarded almost $700,000 after a federal jury ruled she “proved by a preponderance of the evidence” that her refusal was “based on a sincerely held religious belief.”
Tanja Benton was working as a biostatistical research scientist with BCBST since 2005 before she was fired in 2022, WTVC reported.
Benton’s attorney, Doug Hamill, said the woman’s religion is “Christian non-denominational.”

Everyone in the corporation I work for was being forced. I researched the tie between the jab and aborted fetus cells and I prepared a letter based on a template I found on-line. Being raised Catholic I sincerely believe life begins at conception and abortion is murder. I called HR and told the person about my situation and was given a bla-bla-bla response. I submitted a signed letter both via email and by mail and kept a record. I expected some kind of either verbal or written response. I received nothing.
The next spring there was a massive layoff and almost everyone who was laid off had refused the jab. They used declining sales as an excuse for the layoff but six months later the corporate parasites were boasting about what a great year we had.
I am absolutely positive my letter kept me off the layoff list and if I hadn’t prepared it I would have been terminated.

That 700K should come from the C suite executive bonus pool. Not the company profits. There is no incentive to change bad behavior if there isn’t a cost, and inconvenience, or pain.

The monsters behind the “Jab Everyone” move tried to kill two birds with one stone – 1. Getting the Jab will make you immune, while it killed millions around the world, and 2. Our better health via the jab depends on cells from aborted babies. Be grateful for abortion.
