COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (TCD) — A woman who was released on parole two years ago for killing a tow truck driver was rearrested recently for reportedly assaulting her boyfriend with a broom.
According to KKTV-TV, on the evening of Nov. 5, Colorado Springs Police Department officers received a call about a disturbance involving Detra Farries. When they arrived at a residence, Farries’ boyfriend, who was not identified, told police he was looking at his phone while watching football and Farries approached him. She allegedly started arguing with him and accused him of checking out other women on his phone.
She allegedly demanded to see his cellphone, and when he said no, she reportedly spit in his face. more

Having lived in Colo Springs for the last 30+ years, I can safely say that most of us wanted her hide a decade ago. Now, the majority here have never heard of her and don’t care.
