Yale Professor Makes Midterm Optional for Students Upset over Trump Win

Breitbart: An economics professor at Yale University has reportedly made an upcoming midterm optional for students distraught over Donald Trump’s victory in Tuesday’s presidential election.

The message, which was sent to students before the election was called, was sent in response to outcries from students who claimed that they “feared for their families” as a result of Donald Trump’s victory in Tuesday’s presidential election.

Although it’s unclear which Yale professor is responsible for the email, it was published online by a staff member of The Yale Daily News, and circulated around the internet. MORE

  1. yale? isn’t this one of the schools that turns out all our lawyer/politicians who have done such a great job ruining America up to this point, you know the real globalist kind?

maybe they shouldn’t graduate all their little snowflakes so they remain safe for ever from opposing viewpoints.

  2. The professor belongs on an island with Gilligan, the Skipper to, the millionaire and his wife, the movie star and MaryAnn too there on Snowflakes’s Island.
Seriously, these students are taking a gamble if they decide to skip the mid-term. He’s stated that the final for them will be worth twice the marks and have twice the impact on the final grade. It’s been my experience that the final is always, always more of a bitch then the mid-term. I suspect that there will be a lot of regrets come June.

  3. I have always believed that upon earning your advanced degree most PhDs should be forced to spend at least one year working at a low wage job without help from anyone that way they might appreciate how lucky they are to be able live and work without worry at a university.
