You don’t have to choose for yourself, Arizona: Chuck Schumer Picked Jeff Flakes’ challenger FOR you

NTK: Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) has made a decision about which Democrat he wants running for Senate in Arizona next year. According to a report from The Hill, Schumer phoned Rep. Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) during August recess to affirm his support, should she decide to run.

  1. Ultra-prog Kyrsten Sinema should definitely dominate in the Tempe-Tucson corridor and amongst the latte sippers in Central Phoenix. Too bad about the 4 million or so people who live in North Phoenix and all the suburbs and the rural areas, but of course they dont matter.

So, it looks like Kyrsten in a runaway, especially if she runs against that extremist Kelli Ward, right Arizona … “Republic”

  2. Not sure what the NTKNetwork is but they describe Kelli Ward as a “fringe candidate”. The same Ward that challenged McCain in the primary and got 39% of the vote and has served three terms as a state congressmen. I guess we know who they’re supporting.
As for Schumer annointing Sinema the Dems in Arizona shouldn’t be surprised. McCain’s been taking orders from the Dems for years.

  3. Oh gee thanks Chuckie, you picked another flake for us. No thanks, we’ll pick our own. The last thing Arizona wants is some damn yankee picking out candidates for them. My apologies to good yankees.
