A friend recently became an REI outdoor instructor, just for the fun of it and for discounts as he has a well-paying and flexible real job. Last week he had a stand-up paddle board class in the afternoon. The wind was blowing very hard and he was concerned about how well he could instruct the class (safety wasn’t an issue). His comment was that it was all college students, and that all they really wanted was to take a ‘before’ selfie, an ‘after’ selfie, and to head to the seafood restaurant across the street.
It is a different generation. Not every single one of them, but a large portion are like that.
“I’ll control everything and dictate what I think is good for you”
The sad thing is, those young people are happy with that idea.
My neighbor drives a gas truck and delivers to some of the nicest locations. The selfies he takes of crackheads, pimps, hoes and EBT transactions are the best!

I’ve been so many places in the last year were I was the only person looking around. It is weird being in a crowded room by yourself.

The IRS has returned the tax return to a man in New Jersey after he apparently answered one of the questions incorrectly. In response to the question, … “Do you have anyone dependent on you ?”
The man wrote: … “21 million illegal immigrants, 1.1 million crack heads, 4.4 million unemployable scroungers, 80,000 criminals in over 85 prisons plus 650 idiots in Washington and the entire group that call themselves Politicians”.
IRS stated that the response he gave was unacceptable.
The man’s response back was, .. “Who did I leave out?”
