COTR: Don’t let him fool you. Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has political aspirations, deep, deep down at least. Why else would he hire “Democratic pollster Joel Benenson, a former top adviser to President Barack Obama and the chief strategist to Hillary Clinton’s failed 2016 presidential campaign”?
According to the report, the Benenson Strategy Group will be “conducting research for the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, the couple’s philanthropy.”
Benenson isn’t the first political figure the power couple has brought on. They’ve hired Barack Obama’s 2008 campaign manager David Plouffe as well as Sen. Tim Kaine’s former communications director Amy Dudley. MORE

A person could be critical of Trump also for not starting at the local level and working up. The difference as I see it is that Trump has 50 years of business experience, went to a military academy when he was growing up and ran for president out of a desire to MAGA. Zuckerberg on the other hand would hope to win the presidency so he can continue with liberal social engineering with the desire to create a utopia that he could help control and personally benefit from.
