$100K in losses after break-in at Seattle wedding dress store

KOMO:
SEATTLE — A Seattle fashion designer who specializes in custom wedding dresses showed up to her shop Thursday morning to find the lock drilled out and the business ransacked.

About two dozen dresses and most of the electronics were stolen from Leiren Designs at 8309 15th Avenue Northwest, and owner Madison Leiren said her losses total about $100,000.

“We’re looking at what would be the equivalent of a year’s revenue gone,” Leiren said.

On top of that, Leiren has to scramble to help the brides whose dresses were taken.

“I’m going to be offering those brides all my time and energy as far as where they bought their dress tracking down the style numbers,” Leiren said. “If I have to hunt it down second hand, if I have to reimburse them or if I have to make them something.” MORE. h/t illustr8r

  1. Deplorable second Class,

I do the HVAC at a very popular Wedding shop.

They expanded into the Prom Glitzy Fabulous Type Dresses that are VERY popular since the DRAG QUEEN TREND.

They are VERY BUSY as a Bride & her party Buy once. These guys are regular repeats.

  2. This is all part of the grand scheme to force all independent business owners to give up. Big Tech and Big Govt is actively working with Marxists. That is a huge part of what the Covid Scam was designed to do as well. WTF, how much more obvious can it be?
