20 State Attorneys General Send Warning Letter To Congress Not To Pass H.R. 1

Western Journal

Having been well pleased with the flexibility in voting methods the pandemic allowed them, and certainly with the results of the 2020 election, party leaders decided to make these changes permanent. The result was the passage of H.R. 1, the “For the People Act of 2021,” by the House of Representatives on Wednesday.

Noting the gross overreach by the federal government in the bill, the attorneys general of 20 states penned a letter to Congressional leadership which can be viewed here.

  1. For many years all real power has been gravitating toward the Federal level and away from the State level.

It’s the Feds that decide how we will live, the States simply going along with it one way or another.

That’s not the way the Constitution originally intended it, but it’s the way it has become (in particular since the 14th Amendment and its use to control the nature and application of State laws).

This is something that isn’t going to change.

  2. The illegal alien business is making some congress dems very nervous and are starting to talk shit.
But they’re quiet about illegal voting.
What assholes. Have they not seen that their screaming democrat buddies in several states have lost due to fraud done by other dems? lol.

The best way to bring up vote/election fraud is by dems getting cheated. Not caught, but cheated.
    That’s how that works.

  3. Seems to me it would take a Constitutional amendment to take away a state’s right to conduct elections as the state legislatures see fit. Only way to slow the demonrats is for states to exert their rights. Eventually a state will stand firm against these draconian asshats and that’s where the war starts.

  4. Dave Huff, unfortunately it will be a while. And, unfortunately it will be every horrible thing that a normal person would dread. But, I’m armed and ready to shoot.
