2nd judge pushes back on frazzled Mueller in his other evidence-deficient Russian case

BPR: Special counsel Robert Mueller’s week just keeps getting worse. First a federal judge chewed his team out Friday for lying about the scope of its investigation and seeking “unfettered power.”

The same afternoon, Mueller’s team practically begged another federal judge to delay court proceedings in its case against 13 Russian nationals and three Russian entities who allegedly interfered in the 2016 presidential election. That judge basically said, “No!’

In an order issued Saturday, U.S. District Court Judge Dabney Friedrich specifically denied a request by Mueller’s office to delay its first hearing in the Russian indictment case, offering no reason for her decision, according to Politico.

Talk about the hard knock life for poor ol’ Mueller. Sad!

  1. Don’t proclaim it “Over” until this distraction is fully extinguished AND the appropriate investigation is BEGUN: on Hillary and obama, ending in convictions and sentencing of them and their legions of collaborators in the broad scope of all their criminal activity.

Mueller has successful stalled that appropriate law enforcement activity for 2 years now.

  2. Mueller’s lucky Judge Judy isn’t hearing his cases.

“Don’t piss on my leg and tell me it’s raining.”

    “You’re a moron.”

    Gotta love her jurisprudence.

If you’re trolling, it’s noted. Not quite applauded (well, maybe a golf clap), but noted.

If you’re sincere (even just thinking out “loud”, could be, might be, I haven’t decided yet, but I haven’t ruled it out), that such would rise to the level of, even, “preponderance of evidence” standard of “proof”… that is just… so… profoundly… sad.
