Hey Brad – this stuff might be worth a try. It has only 3 mg of melatonin along with other herbs that are known for relaxation / sleep. I take a similar product (with more melatonin (5 mg) which I don’t like to take a lot of, but I take it only because I already have some of it). It does help me sleep better …. along with a few shots or cheap vodka LOL. I actually can tell a difference though. I take it a couple or three times a week.
Very funny! Except for being on public transportation, might want to sleep with 1 eye open…gripping your pillow tight.

@Bad Brad. Take a melatonin, it’s an over-the-counter sleep-aid – a natural one. It really works! I take 5 mg when I have trouble falling asleep. You don’t wake up groggy.
@Bubba’s Brother: I didn’t see your post, but that’s two of us that thinks melatonin is great. Also walking is a good sleep aid. Walk your butt off during the day, don’t take naps either.

Watch 5 minutes of CSPAN; you’ll either be amused, outraged, or snoozing.

@CC – I used to set my alarm clock to NPR to wake me up in the morning. For the same reasons, but mostly the middle reason.
I would wake up at least once a night. Now I sleep like a log. This was recommended by my very cool doctor. It’s new nano technology. Adapt by AregoLife. You spray once in your mouth several times a day. I felt a difference after a day, but some may not feel anything for 30 or 60 days. It tastes like water. Pretty cool.
