Voters this week in eight states — Idaho, Iowa, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, and Wisconsin — overwhelmingly approved constitutional amendment ballot questions seeking to ensure noncitizens cannot vote in state and local elections. I’d like to see an amendment to the fed law banning non-citizen voting. That would be to add that anyone convicted under STATE law that bans non-citizens be deported and placed on permanent list barring re-entry to the U.S. even for tourism, and especially for anything “family” oriented.
What about the other 49 states?
