At least 87 shootings have been reported on expressways in Mayor Lori Lightfoot’s (D) Chicago so far in 2020, and that far exceeds the number of expressway shootings witnessed in 2019.
According to WGNTV, Illinois State Police indicate the shootings have largely been gang-affiliated but do involve innocent people from time to time.

The State Police close the expressways for hours while they look for shell casings. And they they get in their cars and play with their laptops. There’s umbra of license plate readers being installed but then they wold just use stolen vehicles or not have plates. I say sit the power off to the “Hood” until they rat out the brothers.
