  1. I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease a week before Christmas. My doctor’s office was scheduling a referral appointment with a specialist. It’s been three weeks and I haven’t heard boo about this appointment. Not one word.

Now, I’m self-pay (I know! Call the police!! I don’t have insurance!!!! Kick me out of the country!!!).

I can’t imagine what it would be like for people who have seventy-two middle-men plus the entire Federal Government in the way of their doctor.

  2. I took one of my clients to the emergency room pain being old and having congestive heart failure I take her to the ER quite often. usually we wait about 15 to 30 minutes, this time we sat in the waiting room and waited and waited and waited. Eventually been up to the desk and ask what was going on. As there was nobody in the lobby no one in the hospital waiting except for us. I was told and new guidelines mandate at 6 to 8 hour wait.
