Why was a mother sent a ridiculous letter from school forbidding her 11 year-old’s hairstyle?

ponytail

1. It’s insensitive to Asians

2. It looks like he’s mocking transgenders

3. He looks like a drug addict

4. The principal wears her hair that way

5. It looks violent, like he knows martial arts

6. He’s intentionally inviting ridicule because he’s bigger and stronger than his peers

7. He can potentially use the rubber band as a weapon

8. Others may copycat him and it will look like a gang, which is forbidden

9. It triggers a bad reaction with a girl who was assaulted by a man with a similar hairstyle

10. The girls keep playing with it and it’s becoming overly sexual

  1. My one kid has a pretty strict uniform code, she goes to school looking like an IT dude. Khakis, collared shirt, etc. The big kid is now in HS, in a different district because our township only has up to 8th grade. He’s not as confined.

What’s odd though. Buy both of them boots, gloves, hats, etc. They sneak out of the house half nekkid when it’s like -10. WTF? As a kid I was always looking for more or better shit to wear when it was cold.

  2. Schools are run by dip wad progressive crap stains? Why else would they dictate so many idiotic ideals? Home school! It’s not easy but well worth the sacrifice. I have a seven year old g-daughter who cried to me about public de-learning. Yesterday we talked for hours about responsability, honor, spirit, family, and the future. She ‘was’ defiant at mom’s teachings, so lesson learned. God & family. Everything else is filler.
