BOEHNER, PRIEBUS EX-CHIEFS OF STAFF AIR ADS TO PRESSURE CONSERVATIVES RESISTING EXECUTIVE AMNESTY

Breitbart:

The former chiefs of staff to House Speaker John Boehner and Republican National Committee chairman Reince Priebus are part of a concerted effort to target House conservatives with advertisements aimed at pressuring them to cave to President Barack Obama’s executive amnesty and fund it in its entirety through the end of the fiscal year.

“An outside group aligned with House GOP leadership will spend $400,000 this week to urge dozens of conservative House Republicans to vote for Department of Homeland Security funding — a new and more aggressive phase in the legislative battle among Republicans that’s consuming Capitol Hill,” Politico wrote about a new effort from American Action Network, a group whose board is home to power players including Boehner’s ex-chief of staff Barry Jackson and immediate previous RNC chief of staff Mike Shields.

  1. Do none of our leaders check the polling? This is insane – the vast majority of Americans are opposed to amnesty, Democrats included. It isn’t even close. So why do the leaders keep pushing it as if it’s the only option?

  2. The GOP leadership (?) continues with politics as usual and pissing on the conservative base and the majority of all American Voters.

beohner and the rinos should try what they ran on and voters elected them to do. Stop illegal immigration and stop obamacare.

  3. Proof positive that the Republicans are just as complicit in the destruction of America as the, so-called, “hate America Left.”

    Fuck these traitors.

Traitors to their party, their “principles,” their country, their constituencies, and their sovereign.

How long must we endure this blight?

  4. Our ancestors wouldn’t have stood still for this. We have a ringside seat for the destruction of our representative democracy and we choose to fight it only with words.

Net neutrality is not yet in effect so I can still say what I said above.

  5. I still do not know why McConnell didn’t just say “Go ahead and filibuster. For days if you want.” Wouldn’t THAT have made it crystal clear who was blocking the DHS funding?
