Arrogant fruitcake. A lady lost her life, and this idiot was then seen walking around the scene of the crime, unperturbed, probably annoyed by the hassle.

What are the chances he was 1. texting and 2. driving while wearing high heels? Like I wear high heels very often, but any shoe with much of a heel alters how your foot moves from brake to gas….just a thought.
