BPR: A Democratic presidential candidate forgot his audience during a speech — and got a nasty look from his party’s leader.
Former Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley lashed out at the Democratic Party on Friday for its decision to keep the number of primary election debates at four, saying it was a ploy to rig the nomination for front-runner Hillary Clinton.
But he forgot the first rule of speech-making: know your audience.
