  1. These “companies” are not in the “green energy” business.

They were set up for one purpose and serve one purpose: The transfer of monies from the public treasury to the pockets of people who will take part of that money and pay off their co-conspirators who serve as elected and appointed officials.

There is absolutely no historical documentation of any of them ever making good on what was promised. Not a single example.

  2. Another Green Energy Fraud bites the dust. I’m still waiting for the feds to throw the cuffs on that Tesla/SpaceX fraudster or better yet shut off the government loans/grants/tax writeoffs and any other federal or state support. Cancel any tax loss carry provisions (where huge tax losses recorded can be sold to a successful company for a song) that any of his companies may have incurred. Cancel his passports so he can’t leave the country and leave him to face non government creditors. With any luck some of them will be less that savory and this time I don’t mean Democrats.
