‘unlawful, unconstitutional home intrusion’

Over the next two hours, the social worker quizzed their 15-year-old son, Chris, including questions on whether his parents fought or did drugs. She wanted to see his homeschool curriculum. She wanted to inspect their firearms. She told the Zimmers to sign papers agreeing to turn over their son’s medical records.

  1. In 2008, I faced “sexual harassment” charges at work because I offered a male colleague who’d had a fire in his apartment the use of an apartment I owned that happened to be vacant at the time. I was interviewed by a psychiatrist at the request of my agency’s inspector general. The shrink was a little yuppie twit whom I loathed on sight. To complete his report on me, he told the IG that he needed “a comprehensive report, with history, treatment protocols, and prognosis,” on the beast cancer I suffered three times between 2000 and 2006.

I told the inspector general to kiss my ass so fast it made her head spin.

  2. Oh, hey, I see the problem. It’s right there in the title, at the top. New Jersey.

You’re way way to far to the east for this ‘home school’ stuff. That’s east coast, baby, land of the liberal nut job.

  3. Let me get this straight, you were charged because you did no more than behave in a compassionate manner?
    The colleague filed the charges?
Hey Zeus, no wonder I cross the road when I see a Yankee coming.

  4. Yes, but that is a horrible burden on them. That slob Chris Christie on the other hand, a former U.S. Attorney, is allowing this to go on. He should never have permitted it and it should be brought up in the debates as an example of what a phony he is.

  5. My wife and I probably broke every rule in the book homeschooling our kids for the most part. And all three of them are doing very well never having stepped in the door of a public K-12 school. And I wouldn’t have done it any other way because I know much I hated public schools (especially HS, which for me was a waste of time) back in the 60’s and 70’s.

  6. The only reason the gov’t intruder is there is to protect the union jobs of the “teachers” that aren’t “teaching” these children. They are looking for any way to “prove” that homeschooling doesn’t meet union school standards (homeschooling exceeds them) so they can force all of these children into union schools to dumb them down and make good little bundists out of them.

  7. I call my actions “being a good Christian.” Only the Office of Court Administration would call them “sexual harassment.”

Here’s the deal: they are so achingly desirous of being politically correct that they will prosecute a bullshit complaint just so they can say, “See, we’re so egalitarian here that we will hear out a man who accuses a non-supervisory female of sexual harassment.”

Which is why the IG asked me dumb – assed questions like,”Is it true, Miss Yonkers, that you adopted a kitten and named it after the complainant ‘ s son?” Because the answer to all questions concerning sexual harassment would be HELL NO!
And concerning the kitten, I told the bitch that the First Amendment of the Constitution gave me the right to name my kitten anything I chose.
