  1. Interesting article. I have no doubt this Pope would give Raul Castro communion. Has any Priest ever refused communion to a Kennedy? Or a Pelosi?

  2. He does act like a Catholic: Remember, the more ignorant the potential flock, the more sheep will come to mass and contribute to the coffers.

He’s just ‘taking care of business’ by expousing socialist tripe.

  3. I’m afraid you’re right. And to your question, not that I know of. I often wonder how many Catholic priests and bishops vote for the Progressives.

  4. For what it’s worth I am old enough to remember the Jackie Kennedy Onassis communion ‘scandal’. There was speculation, seemingly forever, that priests would deny her communion for marrying a divorced man. Of course they didn’t.

I truly don’t understand how priests can give communion to those unrepentant child murder (abortion) pushers.

Castro is whole ‘nother bucket of bolts. Confession? Repentant? Ha! He seems to think he and the Pope are muy simpatico.

  5. Absolutely not. This Bergoglio jackass is a Marxist, Jesuit, liberation theologian and an infiltrator. I have been 100% consistent in my assessment of this individual since day one and it seems the rest of the world is catching up. He is not Catholic, he is an unabashed Marxist. The two are diametric opposites.

  6. Does the bear practice LNT ( leave no trace) and dig a cat hole before getting down to business?

I think not. The answer is No. The same answer applies to the pope question.

  7. That’s no Pope, that’s a commie looking for his lost lung.
You know they burned stuff when he was elected, he should disqualify himself on principal. That CO2 cannot be good for the Papal environment.

  8. I was going to post and mention the Jesuit thing too. He’s at the very least a different ‘flavor’ of Catholic, the first pope from that group IIRC.

  9. “In biblical terms, by recognizing a Palestinian state in Judea and Samaria, the Vatican is effectively seeking to deny the eternal covenant between God and the Jewish people, to whom this land was promised long ago. This is not only offensive and disrespectful, but disingenuous too. Indeed, one cannot help but wonder: what Bible is the Vatican reading? Whichever one it is, it must be missing some pages, as even a cursory glance at the Scriptures makes clear that God promised to give the Land of Israel to the Jewish people and nobody else. In fact, there are over 150 biblical verses ranging from Genesis to Joshua to Chronicles which state this and reaffirm that Israel would return from Exile to this holy soil.”

  10. I hear Jesus was considered quite the troublemaker in His time, too. Not that there’s any comparison between the two, of course.

    Just sayin’…

    🙂

  11. I’ve said it a thousand times if I’ve said it once, never concede good intentions to the “progressive movement.” It is NEVER warranted. Progressives are first, last and always progressives and when the record of what they supported in the last century is examined it is not reasonable to consider the movement as even neutral when it comes to promoting evil. By mid century, the verdict was in on what the progressive movement supports, namely increased innocent human suffering, misery and death, the record documents where they endorsed and financially supported each of the most efficient engines of innocent human suffering, misery and death as those regimes rose in stature and consolidated their power. It is not possible for them to deny their support for Hitler and Stalin, Polpot and Mao, The Iatola Komeni and Ceausescu and you name them their is a record of the progressive movement supporting the ideals of each of these political movements that lead to human catastrophes on an epic scale.

This Bergoglio is an evil little man who subscribes to an evil political philosophy. He is an anti-pope.

  12. that’s not the real pope, this one was planted by socialistas’
the real pope is dead & is buried in Grants’s Tomb ..

  13. If I had to put my trust in one godly man on earth, it would be Billy Graham. I trust no man, and that includes any pope or anybody else who considers themselves “holy”.

You don’t need a pope to get to heaven. Probably a better chance of getting there without one …

  14. On the day he was elevated to the position I said he is nothing more, or less, than an Obama with a croizer and a miter. History has proven me right, and I am still waiting for an apology from people across the spectrum who expressed shock and offense at my remark.

  15. But if you don’t believe in God, then you aren’t under any compulsion to believe that God gave Judea, Samaria, etc. to the tribes of Israel. Not accusing the pope of not believing in God per se (although, if a=b, and b=c, then a=c). At best, he’s completely ignorant and unfit to lead the Catholic Church. At worst…well…at worst he is evil.

  16. The Pope’s preferred procedure is to poop in private places, while attempting to prevent Papal poop and piddle particles from possibly painting putrescent pictures on his pure-white priestly paraphernalia.
