That is also a so-so neighborhood. I work in the Mission (sshhh I am undercover) and there are 2brm condos with no view going for 1mil. Though for that price you do get your very own homeless person that sleeps out front, that you brag about to your friends. I don’t live in SF. I live in slightly less progressive San Mateo county, voted most conservative area to live (add own tag line why).
