It was ruled so for leftist purposes. When the law says the opposite of what they want, they get a court ruling, or they get an agency to make a new rule. We are no longer governed by the rule of law . We are governed by the law of rules.

This story is unreal. That entire court needs to be tarred and feathered.
Also, aren’t there many cases in which a killer is charged with the murder of an unborn child while assaulting/murdering the mother? What, now all those convictions must be overturned because they were convicted of killing a non-person?!?
