RUBIO: TRUMP’S PLAN TO DEPORT ILLEGALS, BUILD BORDER WALL, ‘MAKES NO SENSE’

Breitbart: Failed ‘Gang of Eight’ architect Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) said on Sunday that frontrunner Donald Trump’s immigration plan to put Americans ahead of foreign workers and alien criminals “makes no sense.”

“No, his rhetoric is a little louder, but if you think about where he was six months ago, his position on immigration six months ago was nothing like what he’s saying now, and even what he’s saying now borders on the absurd,” Rubio said on CNN’s State of the Union.

“He’s going to deport all these people, and then he’s going to allow back in the ones that are good… His plan makes no sense,” Rubio insisted.

Advocates of extreme levels of immigration, including Rubio, frequently claim that enforcement of existing law is impossible. That claim complements their donors’ high-immigration, low-wage agendas.

[Did Rubio have some work done on his face?]

But 8 U.S. Code § 1227 makes it clear aliens can be deported for a wide variety of violations. If they helped other aliens enter the country, commit a crime that requires a sentence longer than a year, are convicted of any drug-related sentence besides possessing less than 30 grams of marijuana, a violent domestic crime, et cetera they might as well have slapped a “Return to Sender” label on their foreheads.  more

  1. Then how could building prisons and putting criminals in them work against crime?

Deporting the illegals would be cheaper than the “war on poverty” or “war on drugs” for sure, and probably cheaper than some of the military adventures we’ve sent people off to die in.

Rubio is characteristic of the problem with the US government and vast majority of US companies. . . a “manager” who only looks at the numbers vs a “leader” who looks at the goal.

  2. It seems to be a common “trait” amongst some of our “leaders” is to solve big problems by throwing up their hands in surrender and legalizing that problem. We see it with drugs and with immigration.

    What a bunch of cowards.

  3. Immigration is THE line for a lot of people thus the rise of Trump. It is a deal breaker for me. If this illegal activity isn’t stopped and is legalized, what’s left of an already post Constitutional America will be gone. The third world invasion brings nothing but poverty, disease, crime and oppression. A amnesty supporting Republican will eventually get us to the same point as a Democrat commie.

  4. It makes perfect sense, Marco.

See, we don’t need any more illegal alien invading rat-people and we should not encourage bad behavior by not deporting the ones that are here. Deport ALL of them, and YES, it can be done, then build a yuge triple electrified fence, with armed guards, topped with concertina, and orders to “shoot to kill” and leave the carcasses hanging where they die.

Then we can allow foreigners to enter the United States if they have a mentor and can demonstrably improve the American experience in some way.

But ALL considerations must be based on America’s need for the foreigner, not the foreigner’s desires or designs on America.

See? Simple solutions for simple problems.
