There is nothing like a thick juicy steak, but if Chatham House, a London based think tank gets it way the Paris climate change conference next week will recommend member countries cut down on meat consumption to help stem “global warming“. More @ TheLid

I’m doing my part. I’ve killed two bucks so far. All made into smoked sausage. Yum!
And beating it causes blindness. Our way of life is doomed.
Liberals cause global warming. Can we just get rid of them? Then, whether we have global warming or not we won’t care.
You can bet your ass that Obama will not deny himself an ounce of kobe.
When I’m grillin’ it, sure.
Happy Thanksgiving, all. Have a good weekend.
That looks yummy, maybe the family won’t mind if I cook that instead of a turkey.
well barry might eat by the ounce but the mooch chows down by the pound.
Kobe Bryant that is.
I have a freezer full of elk and deer and had to make room for a ten kilogram case of export grade King Crab legs on Monday. Screw the bastards, I eat meat because I am a red-blooded American heterosexual male.
it’s 14 degrees outside right now. Somebody get me a steak.
That picture is making my mouth water.
salt, pepper, dash of garlic powder and cayenne….medium rare, but err on the side of rare….I’m all in for ribeye warming…hell, I just reread that and that should be a country and western song!…
I’m pro-warming, so I’m doing everything I can to help the planet worm up a bit. Throughout recorded history, warmer periods have been when civilizations advance and people prosper. Colder periods have been times of famine, wars, plagues, and great suffering. Only a foolish misanthrope would want to climate to cool.
Whole pork loins were on sale for $1.79 a pound, so I bought four of them and stashed them in the freezer. Not only is it really tasty, I can sleep easier knowing I’m doing my part to make the planet a slightly warmer, more hospitable place.
Or we could just hang everyone at the ‘Paris [fake] climate change conference.’
That sounds like a far better option.
Grilled a rib-eye we cut off a standing rib roast for lunch.
Fuck the Globaloney Warming Hoaxters.
I just posted this video yesterday in another thread. This is a much better place to post it again:

Latest article, “MPR: Rising Toll On Eagles Is A Mystery” is stunning in pointing out the stuuuupid thought processes of the left – WIND TURBINES ARE INJURING/KILLING THE EAGLES!!
If you sew a libtard’s mouth shut, does that cut down on emissions?
Countries don’t eat meat or anything else. Individual people do.
And being an individual person, I have no intention of cutting down on my consumption of nice, tasty, meat. I just cooked a 6+ lb standing rib roast Sunday (delicious!), and will sit down to a 16 lb turkey tomorrow for our family Thanksgiving dinner. There’s a good chance I’ll be grilling some sirloin cap when tomorrow’s leftovers run out.
p.s. My standard midnight snack is four or six strips of yummy BACON.
Eatin’ all of the that will kill ya…but you probably knew you would die someday…LOL…cabernet with the rib roast?…chardonnay with the turkey?…maybe a chenin blanc?….go out smilin’…..lolol!….
Chateauneuf-du-Pape with the rib eye and a nice Riesling, Liebfraumilch or a Piesporter, with the turkey …
course MadDog 20/20 works with both …
Animal protein when consumed has side effects. No shit. Proven fact that human meat eaters have an easier time progressing from anger to killing rage. No politician or social planner sees any upside to that in a population they are trying to control.
Best way I heard it said was a few remarks about an action that might piss off a particular local fellow. “So, how mad can he get? He a vegetarian?”
Let’s check. Hey! BadBrad, you eat much animal protein?
Holy Moly Joey! how’d ya know how to spell Chateauneuf?…
Rib roast: cheap burgundy
Turkey: cheap burgundy
I tried, really tried, to be a wine snob, but although I can taste the difference, it isn’t enough of a difference to pay a lot of money for good wine when Carlo Rossi 3-liter jugs go on sale for $9.99, or $8.99 if you buy six at a time. Thanks, CVS!
Distilled spirits are different. Bulleit rye, George Dickel bourbon, The Macallan whisky.
I lookened it up!
Jill showned me how!
I can taste the difference through the first quart or so, then they taste the same … but yeah, distilled spirits are different.
Still has that about a quart limit, though …
Up yours ‘think’ tsank. Makes me wonder how many red meat dinners they stuffed down when it was a business expense or government paid.
Pass the deer chili. It’s what’s for dinner.
Completely agree on the whiskeys and bourbons, but vodka?….unless it’s a martini, I go for carlo rossi vodka…it comes in a case price too…LOL…L&M liquors, Downs Kansas…one restaurant/bar, just food and booze and one hell of a nice/free shooting range 1 mile outta town….strange how all those three things seem to go together….
I understand the correct spelling on Liefraumilch and Piesporter because you musta sneezed and pissed yourself…
Know what else causes global warming? Cooties.
