Some 21 year-old white college student was carrying an ax and smashing car windows in an underground parking lot. A University of North Texas campus cop confronted him and the kid took a step towards him with the ax. The cop, uncharacteristically (didn’t he get the memo, only blacks are to be shot), plugged him 3 times. The kid’s dead. And it was his birthday. The circle of life.
