Maybe when I was 15-65, yes, but no possible, no more. I think I’d need to shoot.

My martial-arts instructor said that while it’s intuitive to stomp on the assailant’s toes, you’ll do more damage and break lots more tiny, tiny bones if you stomp on the instep.
And if you follow up with that kick, beware if the attacker is nimble enough to grab your ankle, really turning the tables. I’d aim for his kneecap with the sole of my foot.
Love the elbow stuff. IIRC, the elbow is the body’s strongest bone.
