Being at the right place at the right time is not an act of heroism, but it is definitely a sweet place to be in.
My cousin was in the Navy at the time in Jacksonville, Fl.
A white New Yorker who rode the back of the bus to Cardinal Hayes H.S. every school day. He told me he went to the back of the bus in Florida but was “ordered” to the front by the bus driver.
Whites couldn’t ride the back of the bus. Funny huh.?
Thanks to Rosa Parks whites can now ride the back of the bus, and have being doing so for the past seven years.
Last time I rode the bus (in Chicago), the blacks all congregated in the back as if they owned it and proceeded to excrete rapcrap from their Samsonite-sized ghettoblasters.
