Jethro: I was wondering if he read the label as he was in the chase and followed what he thought were instructions: Chuck Steak. Only someone who thinks he can outrun the police, would read the label as you pointed out. ‘Here’s your sign’.
He’s lucky he didn’t get T-boned when he tried to skirt a road block. He would have ended up hamburger.
Are the steaks/stakes bigger in Texas too ?
