I see stupid people, very stupid people – IOTW Report

I see stupid people, very stupid people

This is an actual comment. No need to publish the dolt’s name. Just put #NeverTrump at the end. All these dimwits think the same way.

“I’d rather a corrupt tyrant like Hillary run the government into the ground than to sully my integrity by voting for Trump.”

This was in response to a story about Sarah Palin calling #NeverTrump treasonous.

Another brilliant mind went on to say, “…BUT you want our Vote DONT YOU?”

Let’s ANALyze these moronic comments, shall we?

Moron number one stipulates that Hillary will be a corrupt tyrant who will “run the government into the ground,”  but, in his mind, he’ll still have integrity. He knows his actions will have devastating effects and subject others to tyranny, but “he’s the good guy.” Is it possible, maybe, that this asshole doesn’t know what integrity means?

The plan of #NeverTrump reminds me a little of Charles Manson’s plan. His idea was to start a race war that would burn the country into the ground and then he’d arise from the ashes as the leader and build a new government.

The #NeverTrump crowd requires that the country completely falls apart into chaos under Hillary so that Ted Cruz could arise from the ashes… in 4 years. These are certainly the plans of the mentally ill. Did they ever consider that the country would simply be part of the global landscape, unexceptional, everyone sharing equally in misery from now until the end of time? For many people this is not “running it into the ground,” this is Utopia.

Also, wouldn’t Trump accomplish the same thing they imagine in their fever dreams, that the country would fall apart and Ted Cruz could rescue it?

Oh, I get it, their hands would be clean because they didn’t vote for Trump. These mental giants think that sitting it out on election day means they had nothing at all to do with the outcome— the same way as putting little effort into helping Serpico had nothing at all with him getting shot in the face.

I, and no right-thinking human, have any faith in their plan. What’s hard to believe, however, is that #NeverTrump has no faith in a much more reasonable plan. Vote for Trump, block the woman who they say is going to run us into the ground, and see if Trump delivers on some campaign promises that are many degrees to the right of Hillary. It’s pretty sane to drink the bottle marked “might not be poison,” rather than the one marked “definitely poison,” no?

The #NeverTrump crowd, based on this simple math, are the dangerous, unreasonable, irresponsible and, dare I say it, treasonous ones.

This leads me to moron number two’s comment about Palin’s “treason” remark.

“…BUT you want our Vote DONT YOU?”

This implies that you shouldn’t disrespect the #NeverTrump because there holds the possibility that you can woo these imbeciles into seeing things your way.

Why do I call them imbeciles? Because if you vote for Trump you are not a #NeverTrump are you? So, you’re not treasonous, nor an imbecile.

If you are #NeverTrump there is no reason to try and woo you, is there? That’s what the word NEVER means, imbecile.

If you don’t want any guff, change your name to #MaybeTrump.

  1. When I was a kid a bunch of us went onto the train tressel over the river. They were jumping from a height higher than a high dive. I wouldn’t do it.

But then I heard an approaching train whistle.
The decision was possible death vs certain death. I jumped.

That’s what this election comes down to.

  2. NeverTrump is also a convenient position – taken by Trotskyite Democrats, pursuing their goal of ‘international socialism,’ with our military and wealth – that call themselves Neocons, and who still cling to the the belief that other people haven’t noticed what they really are.

We’ve noticed. You can stop pretending.

  3. NOT voting for Trump and allowing the Bitch to have the WH is an omission of responsibility in the same manner that NOT trying to avoid an accident is a violation of law…..That is to say, where laws are still being enforced.

  4. I do believe hillary, socialists and the DNC have swelled the ranks of imbeciles who comment against Trump.
Incorrigible at best, mentally unstable at worst.
Either way, don’t argue with fools.
    Proverbs 16:22
Understanding is a wellspring of life to him who has it. But the correction of fools is folly.

  5. This morning, I watched the Director of the fBI outline either solid basis for criminal prosecution for Hillary Clinton or describe an incredibly dense, corrupt and egotistical individual running for President on the Democrat ticket. But, according to #nevertrumpers, I’m the dipshit for trying to defeat Hillary Clinton?

GOP establishment candidates either ran (Jeb Bush) or refused to run (Mitt Romney). Look, in 2008 you asshats foisted McCain on us, and in 2012 we got Romney, and each time I was told to hold my nose and vote Republican because Obama was worse. Now I’m being told that an Arkansas grifter – an individual who is both dangerously progressive and irretrievably corrupt – is better than Trump.

    Screw you nevertrumpers.

  6. I think the argument for #nevertrump goes something like this:

“Phooey on you guys. I’m gonna take my juice box and go play video games in my blanket fort.”

  7. Mr. Trump is a palliative, at best.
    $20Trillion in debt is insurmountable.
    INSURMOUNTABLE!

How many pols have said something; the debt, or socialist security, or welfare is “unsustainable?” Do you think they understand that? Or are they just trying to “manage the decline” until out of office?

Even Mr. Trump cannot articulate how to bring that to Zero in less than two decades, or more. And, even if elected, he will not be Preznit for two decades.
How will he flush the mentally ill from the Armed Forces?
How will he flush the conniving criminals from the IRS?
How will he flush the overweening mini-Napoleons from the EPA?
How will he flush the totalitarian National Socialists from the BATFE?
Small things – but how will he flush the FedGov from our toilets and lightbulbs?
How will he flush the feckless fifth-columnists from the GOP?
How will he flush the corruption from the EVERY SINGLE EXECUTIVE AGENCY?

He is a man of great promise and great energy, but I sometimes wonder if, even he, perceives the true depth of rot and depravity which is now an essential part of our government.

I wish him the best. But I sometimes (most times) wonder if too many of us have embraced the perverted siren-song of socialism/Satanism and are, hence, deaf to the rumblings of catastrophe that resound around the World.

Pray. Gird your loins. And then pray some more.

“The Republic is DEAD” is not mere hyperbole:
it is a hard, cold, stone fact.

  8. Oh, GAWD.

Once again, this brings me back to my more youthful days, in college, when I was busy boinking a hot, young communist on the Ag College quad at Cornell in the middle of the night.

She said proudly, how she voted for Nixon, “to bring on the revolution faster.”

    Yeah.. THAT stupid.

How do the younguns say these days? Oh yeah…
    “Doesn’t matter. Had sex.”

Better me her back then, than Hillary US for four years.

    * TRUMP 2016 *

  9. Not rearranging deck chairs.

The difference is he’s a Nationalist. This man needs to be elected. He’s the only one that can fix this shit. What are you idiots thinking about. Look what just took place for Christ sake. How would any sane person consider leaving these same people in charge?

  10. TO Tim, Tim, Tim

ENOUGH of the “we’re all gonna die!” crapola, already!
Love ya (in a manly man sorta way), but you’re sounding all the wrong

whistles, just like Angry White Dude
(I suspect that’s why he’s been moving towards the White Supremacist(?)/Neo Nazi(?) side by giving an idiot like (Bill?) Matheson a platform).

    With respect, you’re WRONG.
There’s MORE HOPE than ever in a difficult situation like ours.

    Opportunity, baybeeee!!!

  11. The nevertrumps still can’t agree on WHO they want as president.
Come on, y’all, French didn’t even know he was running until found out on the internet.

    On
    The
    Internet!!!

    LMAO

  12. BFH, one down twinkler is nothing.
I have around a dozen that follow me.
Where are you hearing that there is a plan to have Hillary win, then Cruz rize up in 4 years?
Are there blogs (serious ones, not ones with only a dozen or so followers) backing this idea? I have not encountered it, and I get around.
There exists a fairly substantial group who believe that Trump will continue to harm the Republican even after the election. If he does, and also continues his leftward (actually returning to his origional positions) treck, there is a good chance that the Republican party will be out of serious contention for a very long time. A third party becomes a real possibility.
Don’t forget how the Republican party came about in the first place. The Whigs surely remember.

  13. AND a bulk of the nevertrumpers are GOPe. They’re using Cruz supporters (as an example) like chumps. Understand that? The same people who (Cruz and other supporters) fought the GOP this entire time, are now doing the GOP’s bidding.

How many of the dozen other candidates have publicly rolled their eyes at the nevertrump thing? If they haven’t, that tells you a lot about their supposed morals and willingness to uphold the wishes of the voting citizen, doesn’t it? Remember that next time they come knocking on your door looking for donations.

  14. Sorry, Czar, but Tim’s opening line is the fact no matter what happens or doesn’t happen. That implosion is certain. Just a matter of when. So we’re well past chair rearranging. We, all of us, are already floating in the water, hundreds of miles from land, the ship of the Republic already plummeting to the bottom. Some of us are floating more comfortably than others, many less. A few have flotation to sustain them indefinitely. Some are still smugly applauding themselves that they helped scuttle the hull. But most are going to drown.

The Titanic analogy fails at that point since something will rise from the ashes. Always does. WHO survives to rise with it (whatever it is) is what’s always in doubt.

  15. JohnS
Nobody needs to follow you around when you right stupid shit like this.

“There exists a fairly substantial group who believe that Trump will continue to harm the Republican”

How in the hell is Trump currently harming the Republic? Especially in light if what took place today.

  16. Back in the day, many people rejected George Bush, because he compromised on his No New Taxes promise with great angst in order to balance the budget, and they voted for a Bill Clinton that pretty much promised to raise taxes. Many people are stupid.

  17. John, you don’t get around as much as you think.
There is a very large site whose commenting community, and one of their bloggers, is planning on exactly what I laid out.
They believe Hillary should be allowed to become president, be a failure, and in 2020 Ted Cruz comes riding in and unicorns and rainbows ensues.

They also believe what you seem to be indicating – that Trump isn’t a conservative, or a republican, and if he becomes the president he will be so bad that he will set back conservatives and republicans for a generation.

That’s like saying Caitlyn Jenner is capable of setting back women if he does something disappointing.
I hate to put it like this, but, I have not been impressed with the thinking of any #NeverTrump advocate.
In fact, I think they’re pretty friggin stupid.

And I don’t think you can name a blogger that hangs out on lefty sites, monitoring the comments, as much as I do.
There is a certain tone that leftists have in their comments. It’s a weird mix of Pollyanna, depression, smugness, totalitarianism and delusion- with a total absence of humor. The Daily Kos comes to mind.
I’ve never seen this mix on the right.
I see it with the commenting community I am speaking about.
It is frightening in its similarity.

  18. Thanks for not naming the site FUR. Gives your statement a lot of credibility.
I also am not suprised that if you knew of any, it would be only one.
I am also not suprised that the commenters you ran into on the site you won’t name sounded like lefties. They probably were.
The idea that dissatisfaction among Republican RE Trump is some kind of conspiracy ororganization with leaders and daily talking points is absurd.
Trump is right were Romney was at this point, and Trumps supporters are saying a lot of the same things Romney supporters were saying.
Other people are the problem, the candidate and what he is doing and saying isn’t the problem.
You can shoot the messenger, but the fact is that his campaign is headed in the direction of defeat. Going for secret government lists to deny people civil rights recently cost him dearly. He won’t survive many more of those kinds of things.
Trump himself has stopped spending money. He has stopped betting on himself. He knows what the numbers are, but he is stuck between a rock and a hard place. Go furthur left and try to grab Bernies kids and lose even more Republicans, or head back to the right and loose his media support?

If you want Trump to win, work on ways for him to win. Creating phony enemies and cutting their straw heads off is entertaining, but the opposition is doing substantive things.

  19. Apparently you are insinuating something, but the exact message eludes me.
Right about what? That the commentators seemed to be leftists? Or that there really is a substantial group of Republicans that have the bizarre idea that electing Hillary will give us Cruz?
For the latter, if this group you name is comprised of even 5% of the Republican party I will grant you are on to something.
If they represent even 1/10 of 1% of the party I will give you credit for the issue being far larger than I ever imagined.

  20. No, that’s not the issue.
You say I don’t mention the site (which is very large) or who these commenters are as if this is a fabrication, because “you’re all over the place” and you haven’t run into anyone that I’m describing.
I don’t fulfill people’s challenges or requests until they first tell me what they are going to say when they are proven wrong.

I didn’t just fall off the turnip truck. I see too many people dance like a monkey on a hot plate, proving to someone that they were wrong, and then the person just shrugs it off like it was no big deal to them in the first place. I don’t play that way.

  21. “Retaliatory Remarks” are way down because of the down thumbs button. Idiots feel satisfied if a site allows that option. SJW’s feel as tho they are doing their part if they down twinkle people. I hate the down twinkles option, it kills real debates.

  22. All i did was ask your definition of “proven wrong”.>>>

You said there isn’t a significant site that is talking about, and looking forward to, a Hillary win because this will be so disastrous it will allow Cruz to rise from the ashes in 2020 and save the country.

There is a huge site where a large majority of the commenters have this as their plan. The dissenters think Cruz will take the convention.

What still fascinates me is how you arrive on all the #NeverTrump threads… not as #NeverTrump person, of course. Perish the thought.
You’re just concerned Trump won’t win.
Look up concern troll and they have an entire chapter on you.

  23. @JohnS: What are “down twinkles” and why should anyone click on them?

P.S. – If you are really interested in saying anything worthwhile, stop making most of your comments in that goofy Chinese (or Japanese, whatever) writing. Nobody can understand that crap and it just takes up space. Try using English all the time for a change.

    Just FYI.

  24. Re: BFH JULY 5, 2016 AT 8:08 PM

    That’s not a comment, it’s a post.

I also dabble in the progressive webs. The people there are so far in the tank that there is no hope. That is no where to fish. We need to head to the independent and conservative ponds. Trump needs to stop fishing in the Bernie pond.

  25. Czar,
I must apologize for not expressing myself sufficiently clearly to convey my meaning. I, certainly, don’t mean to be read as fatalistic, or even negative, but as a call to action – America needs to wake up – not to some obscure distantly futuristic threat, but the the clear and present danger confronting us TODAY.

“Pray” and “Gird your loins” are NOT expressions of despondency, but advice to a wayward nation which is sliding into the abyss of socialism/Satanism through the effects of popular ennui, distemper, disengagement from the political process because of great disaffection, and the effects of 100 years of mal-education.

I realize this is late to the thread, but I just returned to the computer (I have an ill tractor to attend).

    Thank you for your concern.

  26. JohnS posted…I like the down twinkles….

Twinkle from urban dictionary: A youngish queeny gay man (twink) that enjoys urinating on his partner.

I think we’re beginning to see the real JohnS . Menderman too?

  27. OK BFH, I will allow you to exit and clean off your shoes.
VietVet, we don’t post in Chinese, when the butthurts push enough down twinkles the post gets turned into that.
Aggie, ‘down twinkles’ is what your people call the down button at the bottom of a post on the leftist sites that use that method to create an echo chamber where only their precious opinions are heard.
