WashingtonTimes – The chairman of the House Science Committee issued subpoenas Wednesday to two Democratic attorneys general over their pursuit of climate change dissenters after the prosecutors had refused to respond to the panelβs previous requests for information.
Chairman Lamar Smith, Texas Republican, announced that subpoenas have been sent to New YorkAttorney General Eric T. Schneiderman and Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey, as well as eight environmental groups, related to their βcoordinated efforts to deprive companies, nonprofit organizations, scientists and scholars of their First Amendment rights.β Β more here
