Clock Boy’ Files Lawsuit Alleging ‘Discrimination’ Against Texas School, City

Breitbart: Mohamed Elhassan Mohamed, father of “Clock Boy” Ahmed, filed a federal lawsuit in Dallas against the Irving Independent School District, the MacArthur High School Principal and the City of Irving, on August 8.

The lawsuit claims Ahmed Mohamed’s rights were violated when he was arrested last year after the 14-year-old brought to school a clock device that resembled a hoax bomb. Although Mohamed’s engineering teacher advised him to put it away, he did not listen.   more

  1. I pray to God the School district doesn’t settle and give them millions of dollars. Him and his family should be dropped out of an airplane over Iran without parachutes.

  2. This little shit-stain fails to realize that all those records they’ve forced the school not to disclose will become a matter of public record if he goes through with this lawsuit. I hope he gets screwed by his own family’s greed. These people deserve it.

  3. The little faggot didn’t stay gone very long. He knows he’s welcome to attack Americans as long as his mentor, 0bama, is still occupying the w.house.

  4. in the first place, if the school had filed charges like they should have in this case against clock boy for bringing a false bomb to school he wouldn’t be suing, would he?

accommodation will bite you in the ass every time, ask chamberlain.

  5. No matter the result, the taxpayers take it up the ass, again.

The courts should seize the dude’s assets, and the assets of his lawyers, until the case is settled, in which case, those assets should be used to pay the penalties.

Then he, and his lawyers, should be run out of America on a rail. An electrified rail.

    izlamo delenda est …

  6. Clock-boy’s father is claiming racial and religious discrimination. First of all, Sudanese is not a race (and I’m not buying Sudanese African American). Secondly, Islam is not a religion, it’s an ideology.

I would love to be the judge these two twerps appear in front of. I would give them a tongue-lashing and award damages to the defendant school district.

  7. Why return from Qatar?
He was given a scholarship and an open pocket book.
Didn’t he like living in an oppressive social system?
If he had tried the clock routine in Qatar he would have lost his head.
Just another loser, user and abuser returning to the land of the free looking to use and abuse the legal system.

  8. I don’t think the school board is going to settle in this case. What they did was correct and a decent set of lawyers at the discovery hearing will unearth a lot of things that the kid, his parents and a few others don’t want the media (hence the people) to know about such as this was a set up job from the get go. I hope the school board acts as a tar baby from Uncle Remus fables and once this family gets stuck into them they won’t be able to let go until the truth comes out.

  9. Nearly one year after 14-year-old Ahmed Mohamed was arrested for bringing a “suspicious-looking” homemade clock to class, his family has filed suit against his former Texas school district, the principal of the high school and the city of Irving. The lawsuit filed Monday claims that Ahmed’s civil rights were violated in the incident that made the h grader go viral last September.
