I don’t think the school board is going to settle in this case. What they did was correct and a decent set of lawyers at the discovery hearing will unearth a lot of things that the kid, his parents and a few others don’t want the media (hence the people) to know about such as this was a set up job from the get go. I hope the school board acts as a tar baby from Uncle Remus fables and once this family gets stuck into them they won’t be able to let go until the truth comes out.
