What is missing from that clip, just before she says “you change laws” is her saying “I don’t believe you can change hearts”, hence why she wants to change laws. Think about that for a minute…she won’t try to have a debate on an issue because the other party won’t change their heart (or mind), so just pass laws to, in effect, punish people who don’t agree with her. Let that sink in…
