In the same week Chicago hit the 3,000th gun shot victim mark, the Chicago Tribune reports that Illinois will add instruction to their driver training programs on how to properly interact with officers during a traffic stop .

  1. Can’t remember who taught me but my first lesson about getting pulled over was to roll my window down and say “How can I help you, officer?”

    Somewhere recently I heard you are supposed to keep your window up and put your hands on the steering wheel.
