I think it’s shopped because the eye on the left ( her right eye ) should be on the other side of her face. The inner part of that eye is pointing toward her ear instead of her nose.

I don’t think it is shopped I have seen this on various cartoons in the 1960’s

I do think it is shopped. I’ve never seen her hair look that nice.
I think it’s shopped, too. Not enough wrinkles and there should be stink lines coming from her mouth.
She might have more than one set of eyeballs in that empty head, probably rotates them when they get tired of looking at reality.
