  1. Necessity if the mother of invention…and creative ways to use body parts.
I remember 60 minutes doing an article on a woman with no arms back in the 70’s. I recall she was banned from the local grocery store because she picked up fruit with her feet.

  2. God bless her

Chris Koch considers himself to be just another farmer. That’s how his dad raised him; no different than any other child.

With that attitude, it’s no wonder that Chris, born with no arms or legs, has gone on to inspire so many. He has inspired even more through a video released by the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN) in late May.

Chris was raised on a farm in Nanton, Alberta, Canada. The OWN video, shot at the picturesque Apricot Lane Farms in California, owned by filmmaker John Chester, shows him driving a tractor, pitching hay, and even older footage of him showing cattle.

Chris continues to work as a farmhand and motivational speaker with the message “If I can…” His Twitter account (@IHopJRWalks) shows pictures of him with calves in southern Alberta and at the helm of John Deere planter and combine near Torquay, Saskatchewan.

  4. Yeah. love that shit. but she can’t hang on a tree like the legless brosd. just sayin.’ I really hate this shit. Like the blind guy sailing the Atlantic alone and the crippled guy climbing Mount Everest. And the half white asshole getting the Nobel Peace prize
And Private Bowe Borgdeahl being promoted to Sergeant while AWOL.
Hey don’t mind me, I’m old and senile. But that’s my feelings. The world is full of pure shit.

  5. I found it interesting that her short leg was used a lot for tasks and if it had been a normal length leg it wouldn’t be as useful.. did anyone else get that impression?

  6. What a great personality. What a terrific attitude. Puts a lot of people to shame.

I love it when she said, “Wait a minute, I can do this.”

Next time something appears insurmountable, I’m going to remember this.

  7. Ah yes, you are so wonderful and so correct.
Who am I to object to a blind man sailing the ocean blue?
Who am I to object to a legless man to climb Mount Everest?
Who am I to object to an armless lady to drive a car?
Who am I? Who have sight, legs, and arms, and still find it difficult to get around? Who am I?

  8. I don’t mean to be mean but there has to be a limit. May God Bless those with problems, the armless, the legless, the blind, the insane. Let us all help them. But there is a limit.
